Gravity Entertainment is a film and television production company formed in 1997. The company was modeled on the traditional Hollywood Studio, where the main business is development and production of motion pictures and television programming.

They failed to make payment as Sails Capital Management guaranteed the payment (which was signed by Stephane' Lambert) and neither Gravity Motorsports nor Sails Capital Management came up with money.
