The origin of Fireball is unrecorded. The Sazerac Company purchased the brand rights and formula in the early 2000’s and originally launched it under the Dr. McGillicuddy’s Fireball Whisky moniker. Later, in 2006, the brand was re-packaged and re-launched as Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. Fireball is now one of the most popular shot brands and is sold around the world. |
