• This image looks great. Would it be possible to highlight the motifs in more detail? eg. define which residues are in the Sm binding domain. Also, maybe you should distinguish between the protein binding motifs (Sm, Prp4, Prp31 and Snu13) and the structural motifs eg. Stem 1/2 and the K-turn.
