Shouldn't the "outside Africa" be a category more broad than "Asia" ? 4.255.53.211 (talk) 04:27, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This graph is not about which is more broad. It shows that D and part of DE* are found only in Asia, while C and F are also present in Asia. With these haplotype trees, there's no other way to show it. The number of haplogroups present on many territories is small, so the field encompassing them will be small. The number of haplogroups present in Asia is large (as it's a big continent with most population and being 2nd in the history of mankind), so the field "Asia" is large, encompassing C and F.
