Incorrect changes

[edit]

@Heitordp Just FYI, the change you made to Greenland in the most recent version is not accurate. Ittoqqortoormiit does in fact observe UTC-1/+0. The UTC-1/+0 label for the Azores was also incorrectly removed. Everything else in that change appears to only be altering borders over open ocean. jhpratt (talk) 05:21, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Jhpratt: Ittoqqortoormiit changed to UTC-2/-1 at the end of 30 March 2024, see this announcement from the government of Greenland. I added the label UTC-1/0 to the Azores in the current version, the previous version is the one that didn't have it. I also changed some borders on water to include islands administered by Malaysia and Vietnam in their respective time zones. These islands are too small to appear on this map but they exist in those locations. Heitordp (talk) 05:33, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, thanks for the info! I follow the mailing list and must have missed the bit about Ittoqqortoormiit. Thanks for your work on maintaining the map, of course. It's great to have something in vector form. jhpratt (talk) 02:17, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
