Image data not correct?

Hi everyone, I just cross checked the data of this image and found many mistakes... Maybe someone with more knowledge should review the whole chart?? What I found:
- VDSL2 goes until 30MHz
- VDSL not in chart
- VDSL and VDSL2 start from 640 kHz
- Differences in ADSL with POTS and ISDN not mentioned at all
- What is the grey upstream?
