Almost all the people in Portugal can speak Spanish

Completly false statement, there's a big degree of inteligibility between Portuguese and Spanish, and Portuguese speakers tend to understand a lot of Spanish (the inverse not so much), but that doesn't make them speakers. And tourists that speak Spanish as a foreign language are always advised not to use it in Portugal, as that might be considered an insult by the Portuguese people. Once I saw a German tourist trying to speak in Spanish in a Portuguese restaurant, and the servant was replying in English in a growingly angry tone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.206.81.245 (talk) 19:32, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is a map about learners though. In recent years, highschools across Portugal started offering spanish as a class along with French and English. I have no official sources but I do believe Portugal shouldn't be in that gray 0% learners shade. :edit: Source here, in portuguese, stating that at least 50,000 students are learning spanish as of 2010. http://www1.ionline.pt/conteudo/53860-habla-conmigo-espanhol-conquista-estudantes-portugueses
