Shouldn't this logo be PD under American copyright law?

Even though the Singapore Airlines logo has only a simple bird shape and some text and a line, why was this uploaded as copyrighted? I think this logo should be marked as public domain under American law. --103.85.105.224 (talk) 05:51, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
