Potential copyright violation

This is one of the promotional posters for the film The Roommate. It uses as its backdrop the Christy Administration Bulding from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. The college administration is concerned that permission to use the photograph of the building was not properly obtained and is investigating the legality of its use.[1]
