Yawn, I see the vandals have been hard at work. My suggestion is that we include the latitude and longitude of of the various nuclear bomb tests along with their dates. This will enable scholars familiar with the Brewer-Dobson effect to discriminate between tests performed before and after the discovery of the fact that fallout tends to stay in its own hemisphere. I am in one country and my copy of the Effects of Nuclear Weapons is in another. It is a government publication, but I am not certain about its copyright restrictions.
