Concerning licensing

The following was released as a .txt file on the enhanced CD version of New Magnetic Wonder (the file was titled "ScaleLicensing"):
- The concept of this Non-Pythagorean scale and the related files are intended as public domain-- anyone may use, distribute, compose, and record with the scale, just credit Robert Schneider of The Apples in stereo for its creation if it comes up.

Temperament of Blue Bars

I'm not sure what temperament the blue bars show. The notation states 12-TET, but it does not appear to be ... 396 Hz on a 264 Hz root is 702 cents for a JI fifth, but 332.64 appears to be 400 for a 12-TET Maj3. Others ... I'm not sure. Have not looked into this deeply, but there appears to be a problem on the surface (unless my handy Excel calcs are messed up, which they could be). ClintGoss (talk) 12:46, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
