A welcome start, it always amazed me that despite possessing nuclear weapons, India lacked a decent highway infrastructure. Now, they need to increase traffic safety by: -getting rid of those rickety and smoky TATA (and other) trucks with the bald tires; -inculcating a sense of traffic safety for pedestrian and drivers alike -banning (over the course of time) the use of two strokes engines, some 2 stroke scooters pollute more then 18 wheelers in Canada -Disallowing the the 10 to 20 workers who ride on top of those trucks

Easier said then done I know...but it has to start sometime
