The picture which highlights the Arkansas Delta has light shades and dark shades of the counties. This is ridiculous. The Arkansas Delta is defined by the the U.S. Geological Survey because it is part of the Mississippi Alluvial Plain (Lower Mississippi Delta). All you have to do is highlight the Alluvial plain as defined by the EPA and you have the boundaries for the Arkansas Delta. NO CONFUSION or DOUBLE SHADING THERE!!!
