Joe, I was wondering if you could add a more detailed description to the photo since I've transferred it to the Andover Extension table? I was thinking something along the lines of..."Track laying along the Cutoff has reached Brooklyn-Stanhope Road (County Route 602) about a mile west of Port Morris Junction Note that the tracks seen on the far side of the roadway (Section 3) have temporarily been removed. The overhead utility wires will also need to be raised in order to provide adequate clearance for trains"
