I quote, "Non-free content is used only where no free equivalent is available, or could be created..." I uploaded the file because I believe that it is acceptable, and just awaiting for a rationale. As far as I'm concerned, the subject (Kathryn Bernardo) does not have any available free equivalent image and/or could be created, at least for me, unless someone actually uploaded a new version/image with the copyrights. Moreover, the name "Kathryn" is a common name used in the Wikipedia page (eg. Kathryn Bigelow, Kathryn Beaumont, Kathryn Beck...); so I added the image "to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the work in question." If I may add, the information added to the subject is complete and the image is used in one article only (the subject itself). However, if my explanation/reason is not enough, or not acceptable at all, then I would accept whatever conclusion may be. Thank you!
- Non-free images of living persons do not meet our non-free content criteria. Sorry, -- Diannaa (talk) 21:02, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
