As far as I can see, this file is not copyrighted in any way. Mehring died 1919, the book was published 1918. So this looks like public domain. But I can't manage to export it to commons. Can anyone please help me? Thanks, --Dick Bos (talk) 13:15, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
