Significantly photoshopped

This image is clearly photoshopped when compared with the original found on archives of the california attorney general's site.

The change happened mid-july of 2011. She has been tilted/rotated and "prettified". The locks and stray hairs on her head are all exactly the same except a segment of locks at the bottom right of the image that was repositioned to cover the stray lock of hair. The background was swapped which caused the "aura" around her, most prominently on the right side of the image near her hair. Colors were changed, notably skin color.
