The file size is one third the recommended upper limit of 100K in the WP:FU, so I have no idea what your objection is. For the record, my scanner offered "standard" and "high-quality" scanning, I chose "standard". I then cut the image down by a factor of 3 in each dimension, and saved it, then converted from pdf to jpg. The scan is obviously of low quality: look at how big the pixels are in the cover's words. The upper left A has a jagged edge, the "O" is fuzzy, and so on.
