If this file is deleted due to permissions issues, shouldn't the original and its corresponding Commons version go as well? From reading the website (see "variations on Pi-and-the-three-colors" section, point 3), even if the vectorized version was created by the uploader, it sounds like the original creator of the image is unknown or unreachable.
Somewhat off-topic, this also doesn't seem to be a common poly symbol. Image-googling either "polyamory" or "polyamory symbol" returns numerous versions of the infinity heart, but only one image that I spotted included this symbol, and it was shown as one among several others. – RobinHood70 talk 16:51, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
