This image name should be changed from "Image:I1a europe.jpg" to "Image:I1 europe.jpg" to reflect nomenclature changes as I1a now means a different, downstream, haplogroup since I1 is now old I1a. Nagelfar (talk) 21:47, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

High frequency area cut off in image

Another odd thing about this map is that it doesn't center on it's peak frequency in Scandinavia; the map cuts off right in the middle of some of the darkest parts at the top terminus of the image. I suppose this is to get a view of Europe in general, but from the perspective of the point being to show the I1 frequency that seems a little counter intuitive.
