Ehm. This picture is incorrect. in a linear plot of concentration the curves start at zero and the lower binding affinity causes the hyperbola to be less step. "paralel displacement" refers to a logarithmic scale where the sigmoidal curve is shifted. This is a big mistake! Squidonius 22:58, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
