I Think there's two errors :

  • the Russian stripes are white-blue-red, not white-red-blue
  • moldovan flag has a little coat of arms on the yellow stripe, the serbian one between its 3 stripes

Missing countries.

[edit]

Israel is not on this map even though they have won the contest 3 times, more than most countries. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.241.166.178 (talk) 19:47, 24 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree on the bit about Israel. If you're going to use this map for the Eurovision contest, it must be included. Hpelgrift (talk) 18:44, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kosovo?

[edit]

This picture isn't OK. Kosovo and Metohija isn't a country it's part of Serbia. They are selfproclaimed. Please, check this. Ivan25 (talk) 18:16, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Checked, a lot of countries seem to disagree with that statement you made: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/International_recognition_of_Kosovo and http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:CountriesRecognizingKosovo.png, including the lion's share of both the European Union and more Importantly the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. Three of the permanent UN SC members, but they are not officially represented in the UN yet. I am seeing this map right or is the area in Srbija to the East given a different flag? Edit: Ahhh, but this is for Eurovision only. I have to agree that it shouldn't be included in this map yet then, as they are not actually part of the Eurovision contest or that EBU thing at this time. So yeah, Kosovo should be grayed out as they have not participated with Srbija since 2005. Though they are an independent nation, their inclusion here in this map is at this point in time erroneous.
