The plant with the narrow leaves and the red berry is not Empetrum rubrum (Ericaceae), it is Nanodea muscosa (Santalaceae). The Nanodea in the picture is growing together with Bolax gummifera (Apiaceae) and Gaultheria pumila (Ericaceae).
