(Thanks to editors for patience w/ my ltd understanding of image rights, clearance, etc.) This is at most a publicity shot which the studio might have distributed to promote the program in 1966; at the least it is a photo requested of the photographer by performer Fredd Wayne as a memento of his work w/ Elizabeth Montgomery in these 2 episodes - Mr. Wayne provided the photo from his personal collection for use with his permission. Either way I would think it was fair use.
- This is a photograph of a person who is still alive. Fair use is therefore no option. See WP:NFC#UUI §1. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:45, 11 February 2014 (UTC)
