Image quality

Sorry that the image is somewhat blurred. I was present for a conference at the Château du Val-Duchesse and suddenly noticed the plaque on the wall in the room where we had lunch. I couldn't get any nearer and only had a poor cameraphone with me, but reckoned that any picture was better than no picture given there is no public access. --AlisonW (talk) 20:24, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
