Hi,
I believe the dartboard is incorrectly diagramed. It should either have 'Inner Bull' and 'Outer Bull' or 'Inner Bullseye' and Outer Bullseye', not Bull's eye. See http://www.adodarts.com/pdffiles/TournamentRulesBooklet.pdf

None of these use the possessive Bull, i.e. Bull's eye.
