@Sulez raz: Quick request for clarification. What does "majority" mean - simply those countries in which more than 50% of the population are capable of conversing in English, whether as a first or second language?

I find it especially funny that both the DPRK and RoK have the same proficiency in English. Whereas Ukraine and Russia do not. Also, including the category "Unofficial" in a map titled "Countries with English as Official Language" is confusing.--Adûnâi (talk) 18:59, 8 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
