This would be more useful if it was stated exactly what we're looking at here. I see the intestine, but where or what qualifies exactly as the "constipation?" Who added the circles? Colonic loading on the right side is normal but there is some loading on the left side which is less usual in healthy patients (unless the xray is backwards...).
