Fair Use rationale, as defined under Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline:

  • Is the image being used as the primary means of visual identification of the subject or topic? (eg, a corporate logo, DVD box art) Rather, is it being used to illustrate a particular topic? (eg, a screenshot from a movie)

The image is a depiction of Connie Dobbs, J.R. "Bob" Dobbs' "first and still his primary wife," whose importance has increased in the Church of the SubGenius to the point where an entire chapter of the new SubGenius book, The SubGenius Psyclopaedia of Slack: The Bobliographon, is dedicated to her. (Chapter 5: "Connie") While Connie Dobbs may not warrant her own article in Wikipedia at this time, the use of her image in the article on "Bob" (which in turn has many links from Wikipedia articles and user pages) emphasizes her importance.--Modemac 16:25, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
