Something terribly wrong here

The diagram shows the thylakoids bright green and the chloroplast membrane dull green.

But the chlorophyll pigments are concentrated in the thylakoids, and the other membranes are pigment-free, i.e. transparent. The chloroplast should be shown as a (virtually) transparent bubble with dark green thylakoid disks inside it, seen through the other membranes. Same goes pretty much for the cyanobacterium, really.
