This higher definition version of the album cover is the freely available versio of the album cover and so falls within the guidelines. Also, it's not deemed as "High resolution" as it's a JPG image and is no larger than the majority of album covers on WP. As such, i am reverting it back to the larger size.

First, it does not matter how widely available this resolution is - if it's copyrighted, then we have to follow Fair Use guidelines. Second, this is considered high-resolution, because it the size is approximately 100% of the actual - large enough to print a decent replica, and that would infringe on Aware's copyright.

I don't want a reversion war, so I'll hold off on bringing back the lower-res version. I've asked for some comment at Template talk:Non-free album cover in the meantime. tiZom_(2¢) 16:30, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
