Please note, this is not an accurate depiction of catmull-clark subdivision. The limit surface of subdividing a cube is not a sphere. It's not even that close, really, you can still see the boxy corners.

What's the best way to fix this? Should I just submit a new SVG file? It seems that SVG might not be sufficient to show the limit surface, but I might be able to approximate it better anyway.
