Can the authenticity of this image be proven? I am not an expert on photography, but the outlines on Göring as well as the outline of Hitlers hat and right cheek look very distinct and somewhat blurred. This leads me to suspect that the image has been manipulated in some way (the two men superimposed on another picture). Could it be some artifacts introduced by photographic technology of the time? In that case should there be a link to an article describing this phenomenon?

I was just going to create a talk section saying the same. That photo just does not look right. Mtpaley (talk) 17:08, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
