BAC claim of copyright

This image has been used on the article International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) since January 2007. User:Chalifax keeps deleting the image from the article, but not making any rationale for doing so. In the [edit summary] for April 10, 2013‎, Chalifax claimed to be speaking for the BAC, and furthermore claimed the logo was being used without permission. Chalifax has been advised on the user's talk page about why this is a fair use, and asking Chalifax to challenge the logo on the image's Talk page. Acting in good faith, I do not assume this is vandalism. (Chalifax's only contributions to Wikipedia for the past three years have been to remove this logo from the BAC article.) I assume this is Califax's confusion over "fair use" and how to address the issue within Wikipedia. - Tim1965 (talk) 13:39, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
