Comment by uploader: Using Google Search and other forums provide no free images of the author. There are many Benjamin Martins so an image is needed to distinguish this article. The author's website allows use for publicity but not sale.
- The person is still alive. Therefore, the image is replaceable. See WP:NFC#UUI §1. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:53, 8 July 2013 (UTC)
