This doesn't look right

The growth rates shown in the graph are unbelievably high, and don't agree with the figures listed in 'Original data' below. For instance, around 1818, the graph shows "growth from previous year" in excess of 80%, while the figure given in the table is around 22%. Maybe the axis has been mislabelled?

The figures given below the graph look reasonable, but it would be nice to have a source for them. --GenericBob (talk) 04:38, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
