Boeing recently adjusted range numbers for their current products significantly downwards to fit in with reality ( and numbers given by Airbus for their products. Should these more realistic numbers be applied to the graphic ?

Question on the side: is there a data set/file ( and a make path ) available to recreate this image? G!UK
