I have a couple problems with the description of this...

1. There doesn't necessarily have to be a sign specifically prohibiting certain types of traffic at the entrance of a restricted road, if it's widely known that it's disallowed to take vehicle type A on road type B... how many freeways/motorways/autostrada/etc have you seen a big sign with the full list of what's not allowed, class-based speed/weight/size limits etc on? Personally, only on very old ones (so such rules would have been new and not necessarily public knowledge), on those which are under special conditions and it wouldn't necessarily be obvious that it IS one of those roads, or close to land borders where rules change. It'd be expensive and obstructive to do it at every single on-ramp.

2. An american urban freeway being THAT empty in the middle of the day? No motor traffic visible WHATSOEVER on all the roads in the image? It's shut for maintenance, surely (I wouldn't say incomplete/freshly built, going by the coloration of the surface). Though it's technically still illegal, he may be a worker there or something, taking advantage of it being much safer to ride on during the works. 77.102.101.220 (talk) 14:20, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
