Do we have rights to use these images?

Isnt this WP:FAIRUSE? I.e. we don't have the rights to it but are showing it for educational value at no profit. Idk if a video would be acceptable under fair use but a few grainy photos seem more acceptable, hence the current image seefooddiet (talk) 09:14, 31 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I was just scrolling through it. I can't see where the "nutshell" point refers to it, but I don't think this meets the second nutshell criteria, that an alternative cannot be used. I respectfully disagree. I think the image adds significant value over just text and it's not replacing commercial opportunities. It's too grainy and is a few tiny screenshots; compare that to much clearer video available in numerous places.
