Summary

Description
English: How it used to be - in the 1980s, the first yoga mats used in the Iyengar Yoga tradition were cut from rolls of green rubber underlay meant for use under carpets. Angela Farmer started the use of these "sticky mats", and yoga teachers used to buy rolls of the stuff and sell six foot lengths at cost price to their students. This one was mine.
