Thursday, August 27, 2015. As part of their work activities, the Secretary of Culture, Eduardo Vazquez Martin, accompanied by the Head of Government, Miguel Angel Mancera, the Minister of Justice of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Virginia Velazco Condori and the Spokesperson of the Yaqui People Tomas Rojo Valencia participated in the Inauguration of the II Festival of Indigenous Cultures, Original Peoples and Neighborhoods of Mexico City in the Zocalo.
