Site of West's Picture Theatre: Far side of tower is 2.5 yards west of the east side of Victoria Street. / Far side of Olympia Cafe is 9 1/2 yards west of the west side of Victoria Street.' According to a researcher, the spire/tower is the entrance to West's Olympia Theatre. It was demolished in 1938 to make way for the West's Theatre, which is now the ASO Grainger Studio.
