Description
English: Ningyo ("human-fish") illustrated much like the European mermaid in Wakan Sansai Zue (1712).
  Chinese pronunciation "ジン イユイ jin iyui" given on the left. Synonym "ryōgyo 鯪魚" (bottom right) answers to Chinese lingyu (also written 陵魚, translated "hill fish").
