Summary

Front and back of the 114x74mm World War II police-authority brown card for Miss D Raikes to visit for business reasons (she was a physiotherapist, based at w:Beccles hospital) "NO 8 Protected Area" along the w:Suffolk coast which was in danger of being invaded by German forces.

Miss Daphne Raikes was a relation of my mother.

As the closest living next of kin I was given the card following the death of Miss Raikes.
