English: Viaduct over the Irwell. This viaduct over the river Irwell opened in 1848 and carried the branch line that ran from 320513 to Helmshore, Haslingden and on to Accrington.
The line closed in 1966 but the viaduct along with many of the other bridges of this old branch line remain today.
