English: The emblem of the Estonian Guard Battalion.
Eesti: Vahipataljoni embleem.
Tavavormi embleem on musta vapi kujuline (välivormil khakivärvi), mille keskel asetseb stiliseeritud laialisirutatud tiibadega kaheteralist mõõka küünte vahel hoidev ja paremale vaatav kotkas, kelle rinna ees on Harjumaa väike vapp. Vapi kuju pärineb ajaloost, Eesti kaitsejõudude loomise ajast. Kotkas kujutab sümboolselt pataljoni üksmeelt ja valvel olekut, kes igal ajal on valmis kaitsma isamaad (mõõk). Vapp kotkal näitab pataljoni tegevus- ja asukohta.
