English: Insignia of the U.S. Navy Fighter Squadron 132 (VF-132) "Peg Leg Petes" or "Swordsmen", in 1961-1962. It was actually the same insignia used by Bombing Fighting Squadron 81 (VBF-81) "Privateers". VBF-81 was later redesignated VF-14A and finally VF-132. The original insignia had been created by Walt Disney in 1945. |
