English: Upplýst! is an Icelandic group founded in December 2012, consisting of medical and dietetic professionals who seek to provide correct information to the public, and 'to draw attention to, criticise and combat various health and food problems in society'. It practices scientific skepticism, promotes critical thinking and aims to bust myths and popular misconceptions, especially about healthcare and nutrition, in Iceland. |
