English: The U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Durik (DE-666) at anchor off Norfolk, Virginia (USA), on 31 December 1944. Durik served as a schoolship for precommissioning crews of escort vessels, frigates, and high-speed transports at Norfolk from 09 December 1944 to 14 January 1945.
