Description
English: - Significance: "White Lupine" is significant as one of eight U.S. Navy YF 257-class lighters, designed to provide logistical support to naval operations during World War II. Following the war these vessels were transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard, primarily for aids-to-navigation service.
